Two month old charger needs replacement - AT MY COST
<p>I bought a laptop for R35000. A month later i noticed there was a tear in the cable. Took to istore Canal Walk and they said they have had a few of these and will send to Core for diagnostic. I thought OK diagnostic.</p> <p> </p> <p>So now Core comes back and says the following...</p> <p>Power adapter scrached - Yes oki so it was on the floor. I can deal with that however...</p> <p>INCORRECT ASAPTER FOR UNIT - How is this possible!!! It came in the box. Furthermore I am REQUIRED to pay</p> <p>R1573.62 for a new charger with the correct voltage and ALSO R100.00 Labour fee. For what... They looked at the charger. Its a chareger... Did they disect it like an animal... Are they doctores,,,</p> <p> </p> <p>Ok so im going off topic... Point is Core has a bad reputation. I wish id listened to the various complaints about this...</p>
