<p>I have had it with this company. I bought a new Apple MacBook Pro from them 2 years ago for R 34 000.00. </p> <p>The coating on the display started coming off, which is an admitted factory fault by Apple. There was nothing else wrong with my laptop.</p> <p>I sent it in to have the display replaced under their 3 year warranty replacement program. Now I get an email with an invoice telling me it will cost R 10 820.01 to replace the logic board and labour costs ????</p> <p>There was nothing wrong with the logic board or the computer - I just wanted the display replaced under the Apple Inc warranty program because the coating was coming off !!!!!</p> <p>It is my assumption that the Core Group have made a fault on the logic board to extract more money out of me.</p> <p>I am beyond disbelief at their actions !!!!! What recourse do I have ? My resentment for this company has now reached unprecedented levels. </p>
