This company is the biggest *******s,i cannot believe that Apple uses them as an authorized repair agent.I booked in a perfectly working Iphone 6 for battery replacment,i was then quoted for a full exchange as they claiming the mic and speaker is faulty and the phone cannot be repaired. Looks like this is their way of ripping clients off based on the number of hellopeter complaints
