STAY THE HELL AWAY, REPAIR IT YOURSELF

WHAT A **** COMPANY!!!!!! My Macbook M1 2020 just suddently booted up with an exclamation mark, took it to apple who then sent it away to them, Fastforward 2 weeks get a quote of 10K to replace the whole core and no data is retreivable, this mac is 1 year and 5 months old and thats nearly the price to replace it, needless to say i declined got my device back AND FIXED IT WITHIN A FEW PATIENT MINUTES OF USING APPLE SUPPORT STEPS!!!! ALL DATA FINE NO PROBLEM ???????? WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY SHAME ON YOU
