Shocking service

Brought my Apple watch in after 2 weeks of use, after noticing a hair line fracture around the edge. It took Apple 8 days and an sms notifying me the product was ready for collection. I collected it and noticed the watch had not been fixed. Their response was that it had'nt been been decoupled from icloud. The iStore manager noticed that it had been de-coupled and aplogised prefusly on Cores behalf for the delay. We then sent it back for round two.

Another two weeks past, and we where told Core would not refund the watch as they considered this external pressure and not under warrenty.

Just a month delay ( with no apology ) and shocking service from Core ( zero communication internally ) should've been enough for them to repair the watch but instead we where told the cost would be on our shoulders.

It seems this is a reacuring problem with core with no respect for the customer at all.
