Shame

This guy’s are not treating people well at all. I’ve taken my iPhone 15pro max to MTN complaining about it because it was freezing and charges for three hours and now day before yesterday it charged for four hours. This guys refused to change the phone and MTN repair centre recommended that the phone should be changed. I’m still experiencing the same problem, I wonder why did they refuse to change it. A very bad customer service and even today they still haven’t reverted back to me and sent emails to them.
