Putrid Service

Absolute putrid service from this company. Recently sent my IPhone X for a screen repair. Fetched the phone on Saturday from iStore in Pavilion. Upon returning home I noticed the phone had a charging issue. Returned the phone back to iStore the very next day. They then went on to send the device to Core Group as they are authorized service consultants for Apple Inc. Received a call on Tuesday to tell me my device is water damaged and the warranty is voided Contacted the company time and time again asking for help and a way forward in the matter. Received 0 feedback from managers. I asked to speak to the person in charge of Repairs and no help was given. I’ve made approximately 20 calls to the company and still no feedback. Consultants are absolutely useless and never ever return calls Very disgusted with the service from this company. You pay R17000 for a smartphone but you don’t expect after sales service like this. Do not buy an Apple product. Simple as that!
