Poor iPhone/Telkom support at iStores

Tried to obtain a new iPhone 14 on contract. Went to iPhone store at Queens hotel at 4:15 in the afternoon, was told the person dealing with Telkom contracts had left for the day and nobody else can assist - advised to try the Waterfront store.

Arrived at the Waterfront Istore at 4:45 and was again disappointed, as I was told the Telkom contact person was dealing with the last contract for the day as they were also leaving and no other person was able to assist with processing.

Not the first time I've been disappointed by the attitude and lack of assistance at the V @ A store.

Apple customers I advise you rather go to Digicape for great service and assistance.
