Playing the waiting game, not by choice

<p>Pathetic service from Core. I sent in my New Nintendo 3DS XL console for repairs, first they say the can't find the fault, then its ready, and the next day say i won't be getting it back and they will credit the store. I asked for it back multiple times but was ignored until it was too late to get it back. Now i'm waiting on the credit but all emails are being ignored. The facebook team is trying to escalate the matter but still nothing. I've sent the system a month ago and nothing is resolved. This is ridiculous</p>
