Pathetic Customer Service

<p>I have recieved the worst customer service from the Core Group.</p> <p> </p> <p>My iPhone was taken to them twice to be checked and repaired and the respone, on both occassions, were unsatisfactory. My phone was taken to them in May and in June and both times I was advised that there is no fault and that they could simply do nothing about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the patheic service I have received. I requetsed for a new device as I knwo that this is not going to be the end of my problems with the phone but I was just told that they cannot do anything for me and should I want to lodge a complaint I can do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>This was the pathetic customer service that I received and the purpose of this complaint is to make everyone aware of what they can expect with the Core Group</p>
