Misleading information.

Purchased 2x iphone 11 pro last year, was told what the warranty covers, a year later, i bought 2 x iphone 12 pro and was told again what the warrnanty covers, so booked the 1 iphone 11 pro in and traded the other in. The lady that assisted in the booking also confirmed the warranty will cover it. But then a few days later i got an email that the warranty does not cover it.

Think this is misleading and i am very dissapointed.
