Macbook damaged and overcharged when repaired

I sent in my macbook for the battery to be repaired. It was returned with scratches and a skew mis-threaded *****. I was also overcharged. I raised the 3 complaints with a Core service representative and was told "the unit went into a quality control before the unit was shipped back to the store, to ensure that everything is fine if the ***** was not put in correctly quality control would have failed." None of the other concerns were addressed, I was merely dismissed.

I got a courtesy call from the iStore this morning asking about the repair, I shared my concerns and my conversation with the initial Core representative and they asked me to bring the device and the invoices in and they would sort it all out. I also received an email from a second Core representative who took my concerns seriously and gave me advice on how to resolve them. - Here's to hoping it's all resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

iStore helped get the main problems resolved, but I am still disappointed with Core's pathetic customer service, the way they handled the problem was not at all acceptable.
