Lame technicians

<p>Bought my Ipad 4 Last year August, Took in for repair in August(Last month) as the Ipad was not switching on. They're unable to fix it claiming that it has physical damage however the I pad was working fine with those minor dent and scraches. Now they're unable to fix it because of those scraches. just wonder how can minor scraches have to do with the ipad not switching on. The ipad was under warranty and if their unable to fix it then they should give me a new one and employ compitent people who know their job not people who're quick to give excuses not to fix nor replace then those incompetant people are quick to send you a quotation which I need to pay for new one.
