IStore Rosebank is pathetic

I came to upgrade at your Rosebank store and it has taken me 3 hours of waiting and still no upgrade is done. The customer service is pathetic too and the lady helping me has no clue as to what she’s doing and how to complete the PO. This is the worst customer experience and service I’ve ever had to go through. I’m cancelling my contract with MTN after being loyal for 10 years to the network.
