I followed their collection bookings and repair stages procedure so efficiently, Firstly they took time replacing my phone battery. Secondly they take forever to reply to emails and lastly, i have not yet received my device which they said it was already delivered to me. I kept on calling and writing emails and they still could not revert back from their "escalation to management" matter. Horrible service! They lack customer care systems.
