<p>You would expect great customer service from an Istore after all,its not an incredible connection or game its an Istore!</p> <p>The fact that you ealk in an no one acknowledged me or even tried to help me is pathetic!</p> <p>just because a customer doesnt dress well on a bad day doesnt mean he/she does not have cash on them and are willing to spend over R25K+!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I may be 25 and blessed to have a great career and travel the world yet coming back to see how pathetic these people are in stores and judgemental with no desire to make money off a customer,who just needs help in a store to get more products for their macs,yet no one bothers to assist and when they do its like they seem uninterested and have no desire to assist?!</p> <p> </p> <p>Its always the same case in most istores where people generally don't acknowledge customers or just choose selected people they want to help, its truly pathetic that the youngsters of today doesnt know how to treat people or have actual customer service!! </p> <p> </p> <p>"Besides it only takes ONE bad experience to determine yor shopping experience"</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never support any stores again i would much rather go to Apple stores abroad again anytime where they know how to treat customers!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Istore customer service PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
