I am a user of an IPhone 6s.my phone was taken to Istore pavilion for repairs.

<p>On the 12 April 2016 I took my phone to Istore for a check up since it was giving me problems.it was heating up and shutting down on it own. Got to Istore at pavilion a sales agent whom I spoke to. I explained the situation with my phone. He then told me that this phones where being recalled since they discovered something faulty about them. He even meationed that I would not be charged more thand 500 rand if they decide to replace the battery.he then said I must not mention that he told me so.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was then referred to the technician,who was also aware of the recall of the IPhone 6s . He even advice me not accept any quote via email. On the 18 April Sthembiso Dlamini sent me a quote of R2246.21.. I asked him to call me but he never did and I just left it like that. One month later that would be in May 12 afternoon then received a call from the Repair centre ask me if I accept the qoute since my phone was not fixed, I then accepted knowing it was the last qoute they sent me on the 18 April.. To my suprise I was so shocked when my husband told me there was an email, that came through from Sthembiso Dlamini and the prize now has changed it was R5707.85. I never had access to the email, and I don't understand the quote why it went so high. Even the person who spoke to me on the 12 May never mentioned any prize change,and the email only came through to me 19 May. I am not willin to pay this much and was never told about any prize change to the quote. Peter please assist me as nobody is will to help. Repair number:GS11231. Customer Order: PA27862.</p>
