Extremely Poor Customer Service

DON’T SEND YOUR DEVICES HERE!!!

I have the beats fit pro earphones for less than a year and the sound quality is extremely poor and the mesh fell off.

I sent it here for repairs multiple times and they said there’s nothing they can do because it’s customer negligence and wear and tear - even though it’s in perfect condition and multiple of their own assessment reports say it is in excellent condition

I took it both to multiple iStores and Incredible Connection and all stores after just quickly assessing in-store ,and I explained the problems I’m experiencing, came to the conclusion that it is a manufacturing defect

They also said they can maybe fix it only if I pay a fee even though it is within the warranty period.

They just want to **** people for their money and not help customers when there are any issues - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!
