My name is Charlotte I just wanted to take this time to give thanks to the Core Apple group. We often to quick to complain and never give compliments in this I would like to compliment them and say Thank you. I had an issue with my iPhone which didn't want to charge and I booked it in from the moment I booked it in they updated me even when they were moving my phone to the service center they updated me. perfect communication and they didn't even charge me because my phone was still on warranty.
