Core Group - ZERO Customer Service

Disgusted with the lack of service from the Core Group.

Refusal to replace a device returned 3 times within warranty for Freezing, Shutdown and Boot loop error. An Iphone X with a frozen black screen and a white apple logo is a very expensive useless piece of landfill.

The invisible/ non existent customer service manager didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my email escalation to them directly. Makes you wonder what the Core Group KPI's are? Warranty? Customer Service?

How embarrassing for you.
