Core Group, Useless company destroy Apple brand

The most ********* company I dealt with, they destroy the Apple brand in South Africa. My Mack Book Pro screen died approximately 2 months out of warrantee, send it in pay approx R13 000.00 to get it fixed, one month later the machine do EXACTLY the same, screen flicker 2 or 3 times and die. took it back to Centurion I Store, book it in with the description "Dead On Arrival" I was surprised to learn that it is not a warranty claim but fiscal damage. There is no mark on the machine, I went in and they switch it on, this time it starts up with stripes on the screen, obviously a cracked screen. Apple ship the machine in a plastic bag (Not bubble wrap) to the core "Repair" centre this damage could happen in transit, storage or at the repair centre. Core group destroy the name of Apple, are you aware of this Matthew Grose, CEO Core group?
