Core Group Sandton Poor Customer Service

On the 21st on February 2022, I placed an online order with the Core group Sandton branch for two iphone 12 promax phones even today after the whole month i have not received anything. I was informed that i will receive my order in 3-5 days but to date nothing is happening. I really feel like i am ****med because even the agents are trained to lie to customers irrespective of their reputation. This group is so unreliable. I have requested my money back but my matter is dragged like i dont exist. If you continue treating your customers like this, you will not survive in future. I demand that you pay my money back in the banking details i provided. You are so unprofessional & unreliable to your customers and your service sucks!!!!!
