Business contract declined

I don’t understand why our business devices application was declined when we app**** via the company name and business statements? The company is its own entity and can clearly afford monthly repayments, why should my personal itc status affect that of the company when the installments are going to be debited monthly from the business account? We don’t have any business credit/debt and we are trying to create credit history for the business. I sent an email to the agent to ask if this could be reviewed or if I needed to send my personal bank statements to support the “affordability “ decline and haven’t received any response. This is disappointing and discouraging for businesses like us. Can someone please assist?
