Be careful as they "lose" your drone in warranty repair

I purchased a refurb unit from their MyDrone website last year August, I sent the drone in for warranty repair. Their TAT fro repair is 9 Weeks. Ater 9 weeks I asked them when can I expect my drone, they said it has been sent to china. Then I asked them again for a ETA,and then said they will escalate it to management. After mentioning that they have passed their date of 9 Weeks, they mentioned they will be sending me a new sealed unit. I then get a call fromthem saying they lost the drone, and will offer a refund.

So after 10 weeks, no drone, plenty of stories, and then losing my replacement drone, I get money back of which I cannot buy a drone for that am, count now as i bought it already on a special from them. Be careful of Core group/Mydrone, as they LOSE your drone in warranty. Will never use them and will never recommend them
