Apple Watch Unresponsive to touch

<p>I bought my expensive R18000.00 stainless steel Apple Watch three years ago. Two days ago it became unresponsive to touch. I sent it in to the apple core group and got the response back that they can't fix it and don't even recommend I try fixing it and that I just go to the store and buy a new one. As if I am a multimillionaire!!!! This is totally unacceptable considering the watch is not even three years old!!!! Is this how apple treats their customers? The core group takes advantage of their customers having the monopoly on apple. </p> <p> </p>
