Apple Service and warranty is garbage

Sold me a faulty imac and after several attempts over a 1 year period to fix the same problem they are now refusing to hold up the warranty. Customer service is garbage and non existent. Will never buy anApple as long as these people are involved in the mix. If it is a worldwide apple thing, well then no more apple products for me thanks.
