Unprofessional conduct and alarming service quality

I recently had an extremely disappointing customer experience at Copy Express Blue Route Mall. The quality of their work and attention to detail was shockingly poor. Despite explaining the issue and providing evidence of the subpar business cards they printed, where the company name was cut off, they remained unwilling to acknowledge the problem. Their refusal to take responsibility for their mistake reflects a lack of professionalism and a careless attitude toward customer satisfaction.

Regrettably, even after raising a complaint with the franchisee, I received no response. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customer service. I will certainly not be utilizing their services again.
