Poor Service for Online company

I bought 2x bar Fridges after I paid online they never sent a confirmation. I called them 7 times and sent 4 emails asking for someone in the company to call me back to date no callback. They have an answering service that says they will call you back. After 5 days I got a mail to say they were sold out and would I like to select a different bar fridge. I selected 2x different fridges but need to pay the difference but still on call back to advise how this can be done. This online company needs to jack itself up. I would not buy from them again.
