Zero efficiency and product knowledge

Absolutely ********** service from Cool Ideas. I app**** for my fiber to be reconnected on the 29th of July, after nearly a week I was told Octotel cancelled the request, it took another week to find out why.... after countless emails and requests finally I contacted Octotel myself and found out Cool Ideas requested a new installation instead of a reconnection and that were told a week ago already. Finally after 2 weeks I literally sent them a picture of what I currently have installed and they STILL sent the incorrect request to Octotel. Almost another week later and I’m still waiting. Their lack of communication and knowledge of their own products is shocking. Octotel has been a great help though.
