You pay … but it’s your fault and we disconnected your service… Doesn’t matter is you made arrangements!!!

After my services was DISCONNECTED this morning I am FURIOUS!!!! I have never thought Cool Ideas can be so ***********!!!!

Make a note for FUTURE REFERENCE… If you guys don’t make the effort to CALL me should an issue like this arise again ALL HELL WILL BREAK LOOSE!!!

I have confirmation on tickets opened where I asked about a payment not gone off … paid the amount and then you turn around and disconnected my services because I did not pay.

I had a payment plan in place and my 2nd payment was made this morning… YET … services disconnected because of NON PAYMENT!!!

Go check my account Go check my ticket where I did accounts job for them …

I am disappointed and infuriated how I have been treated!!!!
