Wow. Seriously inflated...

Wow. These guys are super messed up.

I tried their social support and standard support and their social presence on MyBB has to be the worst I've ever encountered. PBCool goes on about how they're serving every single request but this is just not true. He'll promise you anything and swear to deliver but then just stop responding unless it's public.

I hate having to write this review but after monitoring it for a while since I've left I feel compelled to say that they're full of hot air, whoever PBCool is they can suck it for treating me like a second citizen: *** U!

I'll never go back no matter what even if they're the last provider available and only because of PBCool and Samantha the "I could care less we'll come collect your modem next week "NOT"" contact, the real support/sales person you want to NEVER ever deal with. Don't get me started on the other departments....
