WORST SERVICE RECEIVED

I have had possibly the WORST service with Cool Ideas.

1. My line has been down for just over 2 weeks now, every day I called to try and get this mess sorted but no one actually seemed to care. 2. Eventually, when they woke up and smelt the coffee, a technician from SADV was sent to my place yesterday (10 Oct) TWO weeks later - he came in, assessed and left the connection even worse than what it initially was. He told me that he would get other technicians to come in and sort the connection out - waited again ALL day with no one contacting me.

Today, I spent the WHOLE day, calling Cool Ideas who were apparently also waiting on SADV to confirm availability- it's almost 5PM in the day and I still have not been assisted, my connection is still down.

This is by far the WORST service (That I actually pay for) received from a service provider.

The worst part is now, in the last hour - Lindile who I have been liaising with, was conveniently on another line every time I call ( they must think I'm stupid).

Anyway, do yourself a favour, if you are looking for an internet service provider, don't even look Cool Ideas's way, you will be left frustrated!!!!!
