Asking customers to troubleshoot or no solutions. Putting blame on other 3rd party and not even trying to resolve issues for 5 months. Generating incorrect invoices and forcing your to pay or suspend the line anytime and no responses on follow ups emails. Highly degraded service and customer service team, disconnect calls anytime and so rude over the phone and never provided any solutions in 5 months but calls you on time to pay for invoices all the time. Service is mostly down 50-70% in a month and ask you to pay on time without solving the issues.
