Worst Service Provider in South Africa

<p>Very unhappy with their service. They are THE WORST service provider in South Africa. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to get my boyfriend's wifi activated in De Velde, Somerset West for more than a week now (I think it is about ten days now).</p> <p>He needs wifi ASAP as his office is at home. Staff seems promising at first in terms if helping me out, but have failed in execution all four times I have phoned. I have spoke to three different males who have each PROMISED to phone me back within a few hours after a have given them countless contact details and NEVER received any calls or emails from them again after I have hung up. </p> <p> </p> <p>My boyfriend already has a line that was installed by SADV and router that was installed by Cool Ideas. The wifi literally just has to be activated! </p> <p> </p> <p>They have the laziest and most unhelpful staff I have ever came across and I will DEFINITELY defer each and every person I know from ever making use of Cool Ideas. </p>
