WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

Im really disgusted by the service Ive been receiving from COOL IDEAS.The worst service providers ever,you would've sworn that the service was free or part of some government institution.

I've been battling with wifi dropping for the past few weeks now,theres an issue every week.They swapped my router yet the problem still persists. Came home yesterday to a orange light of my router again.Thought it would just be down for a few minutes but nothing. Made a call this morning was greeted one of the agents named Anda Shumba after spending about 10 mins to access my account Anda could not pick up my details,with my email,id number or names.after about 15 mns we were finally in my account with the same details that I have been repeating to him over and over.He then very rudely instructed me to re configure my router.Told him im at work and he can call back at 12:15.Its 2 oclock still no call from him. I then decided to use my own airtime and call back was now greeted by a gentleman named Romeo who instructed me on how to reconfigure my account after 20 mins on the phone he dropped the phone and never called back. Im still waiting. I pay R700 pm for a 10meg line which they debit on time every month.For the worst service ever. Many ppl within the estate are also complaining,I really wouldn't recommend cool ideas to anyone at all. This will be my last month making use of their service or lack there of.
