Worst service provider

Cool ideas is seriously the worst ISP EVER. I cancelled with them in November and gave them a month calender notice, my last day was on the 31st December 2019. When i call them to inquire why this is not cancelled im told i need to pay for january and wait another calendar month.

Im gatvol because now i cant move over to my new service provider because they are waiting for a hand over. This is soooo fustrating!!!!!
