Worst Service, Line constantly being Throttled...

If anybody has ever thought of going with Cool Ideas Service Provider, I would highly recommend that you reconsider!!! They continuously throttle your line & yet, promise all sorts of things & don't deliver. I currently have a 200mps line & almost never receive what i am paying for. Today I need to work with a 20mps line. How? Why? Now I must wait 24-48 hours for my line to be sorted out! What business still has a turn-around-time of 24-48 hours?? In these times during lock down, this should be sorted out immediately. THEY DO NOT CARE!! I've been struggling like this for a few months now, even had Vumatel out & replaced my fiber box & still I have a problem. I've left NUMEROUS messages & sent emails for some sort of Management to call me back, yet apparently they only start working after 10am (so I'm told by the consultant) & shocker.....I just don't get that call back.

I sure there are a dozen other service providers out there that are FAR better than this one!! Cool Ideas Service Provider do not care about their clients!!!
