worst service in my life

we asked for a line upgrade 23/3 /2020 and still mo reply or upgrade on the line on the 8/04/2020... if this is your customer service or even the service we going to get from you i will defenetly make sure everyone knows ans not recomend you at alll.!!! poor poor poor service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
