Worst service imagineable
Worst ISP I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Been at ~20% packet loss for an entire day. I work from home and had to leave the house to get anything done. Had a "senior technician" on the case since 9AM. Escalated via phone to a manager at 18:30. It's 20:00 and my internet still isn't back after the supervisor promised me a response to my ticket, which I haven't received yet. Not using this company ever again. Stay away.
