WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM AN ISP!!!!

It has taken my 5 days to get cool ideas to upgrade my line speed of which has not been done or working! I have never experienced such bad and unhelpful service especially from Faith who works there. She couldn't care less and takes a day to respond to your emails and never calls back when you leave a message for her! In my opinion and experience stick with Afrihost of which I am going to move my line across to now!
