Worst service from cool ideas.

Have been trying to transfer a Telkom line to VOIP through Coolideas. Filled out the documents online and sent with id attachments etc.online message comes up that site not working.called Coolideas they suggested sending it manually via email which I did. Followed up 2 weeks later only to be told they missing a form, sent the form and followed up a week later to be told I need a certified id doc, surely sent that and was told it would take another 2 days and number would be ported. Called today help on the phone while someone fumbled, stuttered and kept putting me back on hold and then to be told the application hadn’t been sent to Telkom. This is the worst service ever! My parents are early and need a land line to work.
