Worst service ever

Oh my word _ Beyond frustrated_ For a week now we have been without internet because of the slow Joe process of Cool Ideas. First it was this and then that, finally signed a contract and sent everything they requested. They said we will have internet in 48 hours (this was Friday Morning) On Sunday we phoned and the first person said that they are busy with it now they will phone us shortly, we phoned an hour later and we were told by a new person that the person who must do the connection doesn't work on Sundays. So who is lying?? Now today (Monday) still no internet 82 hours later and every time we call, we get a different answer. It is almost end of day, we were promised this morning that we will have internet today and now what?? Your service is pathetic to say the least. We moved to Cool Ideas because the previous service provider was sh** but this is even worse. I regret the move to cool ideas.
