Worst service ever :'(

Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. It's been endless struggles from the beginning. First I struggled for months to transfer an account to my name. Endless emails and calls. Get promised a call back and no one returns my calls. Then they have been debiting my account twice for months and owe me a fortune.
