Worst service and followup from Cool Ideas ISP

Poor service with no escalation policy to get service activated.

Logged a new service request with them from 26/08/2019 #COOL-*** and still not resolved.

To this date there was no progress in getting an active fiber solution with them and Vumatel as the fiber provider. They keep on sending 'copy / past" replies without showing any interest in client support and new business. Their line support is so slow to respond and never follow up on any matter unless I call the call center and hold on for 35min +..

After speaking to more than 5 engineers we still dont have any progress on this matter or even interest from Cool Ideas in getting it resolved.
