Worst new customer experience with the Nr1 ISP in the country

I placed a order with 15 May 2022 and i paid my R999 "Setup Fee" to move form Mweb to Cool Ideas, line was released by Mweb on 01 June 2022 Confirmed by Mweb.

It has been 8 business days now and Cool Ideas sales team can't get OpenServe to do a simple thing of getting them to change the ownership of the fibre.

I have been calling Cool Ideas daily for updates and the only response i get is "we have emailed and escalated with Openserve" this is ridicules how does the Nr1 ISP not have a number for OpenServe to find out what the hold up is?

Cool Ideas sales team told me i could phone OpenServe with the order ref and if i call OpenServe with the order ref, it doesn't exist according to them?!
