WORST LtE PROVIDER EVER

Been a loyal customer for many years but the last 3 months have been hell. Been struggling for 3 months with a line that is bad, contracts just being added to my bill, empty promises from teamleaders, been waiting for a call from a manager for 4 days now and for a router which was supposed to be sent on Friday, which I just found out has still not been sent.
