Worst ISP in SA. Waste of my time and money

I wish I could give Cool Ideas a 0. By far the worst ISP, you can see that for yourself on the trust index. Higher prices than the top 10 rated ISP's, they ask you for a "initiation" fee and worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even Mweb has provided more consistent service vs this joke of a company.

Some insight into the problems I experience: Connection cutting out every 5 - 60 minutes for 1 to 2 minute intervals. Wifi cutting out every 5 minutes. 100mb/s line slower than a 5mb/s and yes I have tested. No assistance from tech support, basically telling me they don't understand the problem.

Never use Cool Ideas as your ISP. Rather take R1000 and throw it in the bin. You'd get more value that way.
