Worst ISP ever!
Following my previous bad review of CoolIdeas, today they send me an invoice that they say is overdue and my services are due to be disconnected.
Firstly, they have charged for a fibre line I do not have! Secondly, they have charged me for an invoice that already paid on 25 February 2025 and got confirmation from their billing department that they have received my proof of payment and will allocate the payment accordingly.
I demanded to speak to a supervisor or manager(at my cost to the call centre) who hang up on me when I was raising my frustrations of PURE BAD SERVICE from CoolIdeas!!!
