Worst ISP ever!
I ordered internet from Cool Ideas, but their fibre installation subcontractor damaged my wall, causing water damage to my furniture. Despite months of contacting them, they never fixed it, so I handled the repairs myself. Now, after a couple of months, I've stopped using their services, yet they're charging me for 3 months post-relocation. Be warned if you plan on using their uncool ideas.
