Worst ISP and Service I Have Ever Received!!

On 10 April, 09:00am i called to complain my internet is down. It is now 14 April 14:30 and this is still not resolved. I have to call in about 5 times a day and no one can help. It is like no one knows what the problem is and everyone is making up excuses. Every time i call i ask to speak to a manager who is never available or on the phone to SADV sorting my issue out. I have asked for call backs numerous times from the following people and to date, not one of them have called me. I have asked several agents to get Divian Moodley to call me and i am still waiting. I have more chance get hold of God than this very important man.

So far this is a list of people i have spoken to since i started taking notes.

1. Basetsana 2. Itumeleng 3. Lerato 4. Tshepo 5. Edzisani - Said Bheki will call me by 14:54 which has not happened (listen to the call recording) 6. Kamogelo - Left me on hold for close to 25 minutes while i was waiting for her to put me through to a manager and then got Edzisani just to pass a message on 7. Odirile 8. Ramon - Still awaiting for his call from 11 April 9. Bheki - Still awaiting his call from 11 April 10. Divian Moodley - Still awaiting his call from 11 April and been told customers cant be transferred to him

I pay you a monthly premium for a service which i am not getting. I have also had to purchase additional data for my phone to use as a hot spot to try and work. I have spent 5 hours on the phone with your agents who just put you on hold. I have missed and important skype meeting today @ 12:00pm which is more money ive lost due to your *********** staff who dont give a damn about their customers.'

I want to know when this issue will be resolved and what compensation will be given for all the money ive lost and wasted due to this.

I also want a call from a senior member of who the above people report to as this type of service is disgusting.

Seems you better get your service sorted as all i see on here are comolaints
